Academy Report: Oscars Brought in $93.7 Million in 2013

Oscar-related activities also resulted in $39.8 million in costs for the year.

The Academy Awards and related Oscar activities brought the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences $93.7 million in revenue in 2013, while Oscar–related expenses amounted to $39.7 million. The Academy revealed the numbers in its annual report released Friday.
